New meeting room now open at Weston under Penyard Village Hall - Your local space for big ideas, small meetings and stronger community connections.

Looking for a welcoming, practical and affordable space for your next meeting, workshop or local gathering? Our brand-new meeting room is now open and ready to support community groups, local organisations and businesses.

It is self-contained and separate from the main hall, so different events can run at the same time without disturbing one another.
Ideal for committee meetings, training sessions, interviews, small business presentations, planning discussions, community projects, clubs and informal talks, the room offers table seating for up to 14 people or theatre-style seating for up to 16.

Facilities include a private kitchenette, accessible toilet, Wi-Fi, a large screen for computer connection, everything needed to make your session simple, comfortable and professional.

The meeting room can be booked through the Village Hall website (https://wupvillagehall.org.uk/) at £10 per hour for community organisations and £13 per hour for other users. For more information, visit the website or contact the hall custodian on 07584 088915.
