It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sue Kirby, the longest serving member of our committee, and one of our founding members. She was a passionate advocate for the people of Ross and a champion of our community centre. She will be sorely missed.

She was a fierce matriarch and we send our thoughts and support to her family, whom she adored.

As a mark of respect we are postponing this weekend’s planned Open Day until 15th August, when we will unveil a fitting tribute to her impact and legacy.

A big thank you to everyone who supported our quiz last night it was lovely to see so many new faces and people who were brave enough to come on their own. I hope everyone had a good time. I know there was one lucky person who left with a big smile!!! Our winner of the Pot of Gold which this week contained £80! Enjoy. Next quiz 3rd July. Hope to see you all again
