Today’s Personal Bests was full of fun, friendship, kindness and connection. 💙

A HUGE thank you to our brilliant volunteers, coaching teams and day service friends — and, most of all, to ALL our amazing participants! 🌟

You were absolute stars! ⭐️ You gave it your all, cheered each other on and made today so special.

We’re teaming up with Cat from The Naked Grape for a special Evening of Wine & Cheese on Friday 13th November! 🎉

Cat will expertly guide us through some fantastic wines, paired with tasty cheeses from the cheese stall — plus good company and a catch-up on some Active LD news and good news stories.

We had such a great day at the Boaz Project Hampshire Fun Run last year that we’re going back! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💜

And this year, we’d love even more people to join us!

The Boaz Fun Run is a brilliant, friendly and inclusive day for everyone - whether you love running, prefer walking, or just fancy listening to music and spending time with friends.

There are 2.5km, 5km and 10km options, so you can choose what suits you. And it’s not just about the run…

We’re looking for student volunteers aged 16+ to join our friendly Low Level Circuits sessions for adults with learning disabilities.

✨ Meet new people
✨ Build confidence & experience
✨ Support an amazing group
✨ Have fun and be part of the team!

No experience needed — we offer a taster session and full support. It’s also a great opportunity for DofE and students interested in health, social care, teaching or sport.
