There are days that remind me exactly why I opened my training sessions to inspire people… and today was definitely one of them! 💪🔥

Every single person gave it everything they had.

Every lane was racing right to the finish, pushing themselves and encouraging those around them.

Today's challenge was no joke, in pairs
🏃‍♀️ 250m x 2 each
🪢 Skipping
🏋️ Weights
📦 Box work
💥 20 sit-up..and not just once –

THREE times! 😅

To top it all off, we finished with a 5-minute team calorie challenge, working together and cheering each other on every step of the way.

Take a moment to look back at where you were just a few weeks ago.

Every week you're getting stronger, fitter, more confident, and proving to yourself that you're capable of so much more than you thought.

I'm incredibly proud of every single one of of the Sunday crew.

Keep showing up, keep putting in the effort, and trust the process. The results are happening right in front of you! 👏💙

Teens Working Together 💪

These two turn up and push each other with smiles and laughter.

Functional teen fitness, supporting their martial arts journey but also day to day fitness.

They had a great time coming up with a name for their class FitFu.

A bit of fitness and a bit of kung fu.

Big shout out to Jacob and Charlie.

Sunday train with me.

Boy we left some sweat on the floor.

Sunday was about being inspired to workout and progress in themselves.

Every single person on a Sunday has progressed, sit ups, burpees are now no longer 1s or 2s it’s more 20-60 reps we get out.

Keep going all.
