It is with great sadness that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of Emily, who was a much loved former colleague at the day centre and will always be considered part of the Forget Me Not Caring family.

Emily was a kind and caring lady who touched the hearts of so many colleagues and individuals she supported during her time with us. She will always be remembered with great fondness, and the memories we shared will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Emily’s family, friends and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her during this incredibly sad time.

Rest peacefully, Emily 💜🕊️
