I'm sharing details of an exciting upcoming event touring the Rochford district this September, which your constituents would love to know about.
This initiative, funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund via Rochford District Council, also includes Pay What You Can tickets to ensure everyone in our community can participate.
SHOW UP, a live events and theatre company, is thrilled to present CAMPING FARCE—a brand-new comedy play touring village and parish halls across Rochford. This fast-paced, hilarious production features three actors playing ten characters, with countless costume changes and comic timing that promises an unforgettable experience.

Sat 21 Sept: Stambridge Memorial Hall (Workshop 5:45pm | Show 7pm)
Sun 22 Sept: Canewdon Village Hall (Workshop 3:45pm | Show 5pm)
Fri 27 Sept: Rawreth Village Hall (Workshop 5:45pm | Show 7pm)
Sat 28 Sept: Barling Magna Village Hall (Workshop 5:45pm | Show 7pm)
Sun 29 Sept: Ashingdon Memorial Hall (Workshop 12:45pm | Show 2pm)
Each performance is preceded by a free interactive workshop, offering participants a unique insight into the theatre industry. Workshops in Stambridge, Canewdon, and Rawreth will be led by our director, Rachel Di**le, who brings her West End and National Theatre experience to the table. Workshops in Barling Magna and Ashingdon will be presented by Emily Vinnicombe, known for her role in BBC3’s Starstruck, focusing on comedic theatre through improvisation and drama games.
