World Mental Health Day is just over a month away.

Usually, it’s about raising awareness of mental health. But the thing is, you’re following us. You’re already aware.

And yet, those of us with mental health problems are still facing stigma and discrimination. We can’t get the support we need. We’re stuck on waiting lists and we’re mistreated when we’re sectioned.

So this World Mental Health Day we’re saying awareness is just the start. It’s time to act.

Campaign, fundraise, take that first step to support your own or someone else’s mental health.

Your actions can power real change.
