Borstal Ninjas is a unique play-based martial arts activity programme , based in Rochester , Kent. Our lively, fun sessions provide an introduction to some basic martial arts skills as well as encouraging the development of motor skills, physical movement, discipline and communication. Children aged 3 to 7 are supported to reach different levels of achievement in a non–competitive environment. Stu

dents wear traditional black karate uniforms, with an opportunity to gain different colour belts and award badges for each new achievement level reach. Upon reaching the age of 7+, students can transfer to our Family Class where they can continue their martial arts training.
