When did you last check your blood pressure? Know Your Numbers Week is a global campaign to raise awareness about the importance of checking your blood pressure, especially for those who are over the age of 40.

Around one third of adults in the UK have high blood pressure which rarely has noticeable symptoms but if untreated, it increases your risk of heart attack and stroke.

Throughout the week, Living Well will be offering FREE Health Checks and advice around a healthy lifestyle and how to access our service.

Welcome to the Smallbridge Library Neighbourhub Group which takes place every Thursday from 9.30am -12.

Please come and join us for a chat and a brew. Our volunteers can also support you with form filling, help with getting support from other services and free blood pressure checks.

The group will be meeting every week and we welcome people to come regularly to meet with others in a warm and safe place.
