***Could YOU be our next Intensive Housing Support Officer?***

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Intensive Housing Support Officer to work with people who have experienced rough sleeping and may have multiple and complex needs.

You will work intensively with a caseload of around 12 people, helping them settle into their new homes, build stability and develop the skills and confidence they need to sustain their tenancy and move away from homelessness.

✅Do you have experience of working with people with multiple needs in supported housing or community support service?
✅Have you worked in private sector housing and/or housing management for at least two years?
✅Do you have experience of partnership working and liaising effectively with colleagues and other agencies?
✅Do you have a good knowledge of welfare benefits relating to housing including Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, and other welfare provision and an understanding of the needs of vulnerable and/or homeless
households.
✅Could you help someone leave the streets behind – and build a life away from homelessness

It was great to have Caroline from Heard Storytelling with us again at our Quids In session. The people participating in our Story Telling project have been given cameras to help tell their stories. One of our participants brought in her collection of key rings which mark "key" events in her life.

Looking forward to seeing how it all comes together!
