The Role:
> Deputy Manager | Holt House, Milnrow in Rochdale
> Competitive salary
> Level 4 NVQ required (Level 5 progression supported)

What you’ll do:
✅ Lead and motivate a skilled care team
✅ Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred care
✅ Support individuals with complex needs using PBS
✅ Ensure CQC compliance and drive service excellence
✅ Be a key contact for families and professionals
✅ Support the Registered Manager in their roles

What we’re looking for:
🌟 Management experience + strong PBS background
🌟 Experience in complex care for adults with Autism and learning disabilities alongside behavioural management
🌟 Solid understanding of CQC standards
🌟 Passion for empowering others
🌟 Ready to grow into Level 5
