🚨 NEW FOR BABICM MEMBERS: AI Webinar Series Launching This Summer 🚨
As we approach the BABICM Annual Conference 2026 and continue exploring the growing impact of artificial intelligence within healthcare case management, we are pleased to announce the launch of a brand-new six-part AI webinar series for BABICM members.
This practical and accessible series has been designed specifically for case managers and will explore how AI can support productivity, reduce administrative burden, and enhance day-to-day practice, while also examining the ethical, professional, and governance considerations that must underpin its safe use.

Across the six weeks, participants will develop a grounded understanding of what AI tools can and cannot do, how to assess appropriate use in practice, and how to think critically about accountability, data protection, and client impact.

The sessions will take a balanced and realistic approach to AI adoption, focusing on practical application rather than hype - and are designed to support informed, responsible decision-making within modern case management.

We are delighted to be able to offer the full webinar series free of charge to BABICM members as part of our ongoing commitment to professional development and member support.

All sessions will be recorded and made available for a limited time within the members’ area of the website.
