Gateway Camera Club meets at the Crabble Corn Mill, Dover every Thursday at 8pm and provides a friendly, social atmosphere for people who share an interest in still photography. Members, who are mostly from the Dover area, have a good mixture of skills, abilities and experience and are willing to share those skills with you. Our aim is to improve our image making by means of internal and external

competitions, battles against other clubs, talks and workshops by club members or invited speakers and any number of other means. In fact the only time we bring along our camera's is when there is a Studio Night. Members generally turn up at around 7.30 for a chat and it is often during these chats that other members find solutions to their problems or inspiration for new ideas. We aim to finish our meetings at 10 p.m. but this is not hard and fast, so if we are doing something particularly interesting they may run a little late. You will be most welcome to come along as a guest for two club evenings with no obligation before joining.
