🌿 Walk & Talk Group – Back This Summer 🌿

We’re pleased to announce that our free Walk & Talk Group is returning on Saturday mornings from 4th July.

These gentle, supportive walks are a great opportunity to get outdoors, connect with others, and support your wellbeing in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
