Hearinghelpuk Hearing support services throughout Derbyshire We promote selfcare that enhances the quality of life. We provide environmental hearing equipment demonstrations.

We hold a popular and welcoming monthly social event to reduce social isolation. We support peer groups and encourage new groups to form. We provide social activities to reduce social isolation. We work in partnership with a variety of organisations in health, social care and the voluntary sector. Hearing Help was established by Elaine Richardson in 1991 and became a registered charity in 1992. It

had it's first paid staff member in 1993 and since then has evolved into a highly respected organisation in Derbyshire with an ethos of giving their clients the highest consideration. Currently there are 5 part time staff, a committee and a range of volunteers. Currently based in Ripley but we cover the whole of Derbyshire where hearing support is so important due to our extremely high D/deaf community.
