Oh my, what a busy couple of days we have lined up for you at Ringwould Village Hall on the weekend of the 12th & 13th September. Firstly, on the Saturday, as already posted here, we have an exciting evening of Bingo & Bangers. Please do not forget to prebook your tickets for this event as they won't be available on the night (see the poster for details). On the 13th we are holding the third of our highly successful Sunday Morning Breakfast Clubs. These immensely popular events are a great way to meet new people & have a good old chin wag. Some of you will, no doubt, be able to gloat about your winnings from the night before. Please note the later start time of 10.00. This permanent new time allows Sunday morning worshippers from our beautiful village church of St Nicholas to also enjoy a breakfast, with fellow villagers, too

This is a strictly pre booked event, so book early to avoid disappointment. Tickets can be purchased on line or by phone, details are at the bottom of the poster & good luck on the night

YOUR VILLAGE HALL NEEDS YOU

Tomorrow 14th from 17.00 to 19.00 we're holding an open evening at Ringwould Village Hall. This is an opportunity for us to showcase the recent changes at the hall & to share with you what we're planning for the future. But far more importantly we want to hear from you, after all it's your hall. We want to make the hall a place that offers something for everyone. We want to showcase the talents & passions of the incredible people of Ringwould & beyond. So do please come along & share with us how you might like to get involved. We are looking for:

Help to set up & run a Film Club/Movie Nights. DDC have just awarded us some funds to get the equipment, so let's, together, dim the lights, grab some popcorn, settle back & enjoy films for all ages.

Maybe you have a passion for something that you're just itching to share with others, come & tell us all about it.

Would you like to give a talk/presentation on a subject that you think people would love to hear about?

Do you have skills that could help us to maintain, improve your hall?

How about, with us, running an event. Coming in 2027 we have an offer to play Hungry Hippo's, remember that game, but this time, played with real people. Could you offer something crazy like that.............. we think you can. 2027 will also bring to the hall........ Ringwoulds Got Talent. Can you sing, dance, juggle, impersonate, do 'stand up'? If you can then take to the stage for our talent show.

Come on people, oh, I forgot, tomorrow night, the bar will be OPEN

The BIG BIG BIG news from Ringwould Village Hall is the recent installation of an InPost locker. Following this continued development of our wonderful Village Hall is the 'soon to be introduced', courtesy of Ledger Farms, a milk, direct from the farm, vending machine. The InPost Locker will go live in the coming days & the milk vendor, soon thereafter. The milk vending station was erected today. Stay tuned for the latest updates, because it's all happening at Ringwould Village Hall, the heart of the Ringwould community

The second Breakfast Club took place at Ringwould Village Hall this morning. The atmosphere was alive with chitter chatter, the smell of freshly cooked bacon & lashings of piping hot tea & coffee. Thank you to all those that came along to make the morning a very special one. Particular thanks go to Phil, Louise & Sue for giving up there Sunday morning to work so hard in the kitchen delivering all the orders that were coming at them thick & fast.

How time..........well you know the last bit. And so here we are just a few days away from our second Sunday Breakfast Club. Please do come along, the first one was a great success & the next one, we hope, will be even better. Good conversation, lashings of complimentary tea & coffee + for only £1, fresh hot bacon baps. What more does any Sunday morning need???????

Ringwould Village Hall continues to emerge from the shadows, quite literally today, following the amazing work undertaken by Lewis & his team at &F Tree & Garden Services of Ringwould. For the first time, for quite some time, our lovely Village Hall is no longer in hiding.

Continue to follow us for further updates and to see our ongoing programme of improvements that will ensure that this magnificent & much loved hall, is well positioned to continue to serve the local community for the next 100 years. These before & after pics illustrate perfectly the contrast.
