On the 5th September we are offering a club coaching day for members and non-members in Rickmansworth.

You will receive expert swim and run coaching, learn how and what strength training to focus on, and enjoy some fabulous food whilst getting nutritional advice from our resident wellness coach.

What are you waiting for? It'll be a fun end-of-season day out

Lots of club members racing this last couple of weeks!
Well done to Karen, Ian, Paul, Alison and Wendy doing all great things such as European Championship Duathlons and Middle distance Aquabike, 70.3 triathlons and British Championship sprint qualifiers,

Race season is in full swing for our crew and these talented athletes just keep on going.

We are starting daytime intermediate level bike rides on 8/7 and 15/7 for those of you who can ride at 12-13mph (19-20kph) for approx 25mile (40k).

Karen got the gold at the standard distance event in Tarragona yesterday and Ian Randall picked his Gold up last year in Istanbul
