GARDEN BIN, ETC:
As from next Monday 27th the refuse and recycling services will be going back to normal. So W/C 27th April it will be general refuse, recycling bins and food pods being collected, as from Monday 4th May it will be garden waste (brown bin), recycling bin and food pods, the service will then follow the refuse and recycling calendar, hopefully without further disruption.

Well done Boris - NOT. It is very likely that you will go down in history for two reasons: insisting on HS2 and The mishandling of the Coronavirus lockdown. Everything else will cast itself into insignificance, apart from the fact that throughout your term in office, you let the rich get richer and the poor poorer.
