The Rotary Club of Rhyl Celebrated its 100th Charter on Friday 8th May at Orme View Restaurant Llandrillo College, proceedings were overseen by President Gordon Marshall. The Rotary Club of Rhyl Annual Catering Award was presented and our celebratory Grand Raffle raised in excess of £1,000 for President Gordon’s chosen charities, St Kentigerns Hospice and N.S.P.C.C. N.Wales. ❤️

Gordon Marshall President of The Rotary Club of Rhyl was pleased to introduce our very own Rotarian John Williams as our speaker who entertained us with his account of his descendants entitled “Relatively Speaking”.
Our guest for the evening was Reverend Canon Josh Askwith who became sub dean of the the diocese of St Asaph in 2025 and who is our latest recruit to abseil from the cathedral tower on Saturday 25th April in aid of charity.
