Today we handed over the cheques to our 2 Charities after finishing our Christmas knitting . £800 to Maggies Cancer Support Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital and £800 to Lung and Asthma UK .
Thank you to all the knitters, all the shops, stores and people who donated the chocolate oranges , all we sold them and everyone who bought them.
Bethan, the Easter Knitting has started and the money raised will be donated to the Osbourne Trust , a charity which supports children and young people whose parent have a Cancer Diagnosis , are undergoing Cancer treatment , has seen a cancer recurrence or passed away from cancer .

The Christmas knitting is over . The knitting group is growing . We have raised £1,650 , absolutely amazing. Bethan would be so proud of you all. 👏👏👏👏👏
The money will be shared between Maggies cancer support unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital and Asthma/ Lung disease .
Special thanks to all the knitters,everyone who sold them , everyone who bought them all the shops, supermarkets and friends who donated chocolate oranges , to Claire from Sainsbury’s
Who was very generous with the chocolate oranges and also did some knitting for us.

Good morning .
The Christmas knitting has started . We’ve got some lovely tinsel trees in different colours this year, ideal for table settings and also Elizabeth is making these gorgeous Father Christmas ones.
This year the money raised will be shared between Maggies, our new local cancer support unit for all ages and the Asthma and Lung charity. Any donations of chocolate oranges will be gratefully received . Anyone who wants to help with the knitting let me know.

It seems a long time since Easter . The money from the knitting raised £1,000 for Rhyl Districr Nurses to buy 2 portable suction machines .
Well done all the knitters and shops that donated the crème eggs . The suction machines have finally arrived 👏👏👏🌸
