This Wednesday’s rehearsal was one of those really special sessions… we had an incredible conversation that brought our already close group even closer. When it was time to leave everyone wanted to keep the discussion going and stayed for at least another 40 minutes! We all wanted everyone’s voice to be heard and cared about what each other had to say. As people left for home, many commented again how Work in Progress feels like a family. Some say it’s the only place where the feel they can truly be themselves and that they feel accepted for who they are.

Next Wednesday will be another amazing night — with a visit from a Guest Artist! Watch this space…

This week is Volunteers’ Week! Here at Work in Progress we are unbelievably fortunate to have an experienced, enthusiastic, caring team to work with every week. Every single one of them brings valuable talent and insight, and all of our members benefit from their support and IMMENSE sense of fun!!!
