One ☝️ Month Ago Today Rose 🌹 came into our lives and our lives have not been the same since ❤️ Our lives are all the more better for Rose 🌹 being in them 😻 Each day is a new adventure 😺 And it is such a gift 🎁 and a privilege to get to watch her and change every single day ❤️ I cannot wait to see what happens next 😺 Here’s to a beautiful life ❤️

We don't have to look far to find someone who needs something-whether it's help with finances, food and clothing, emotional support, a ride to a doctor's appointment, or a listening friend. Being the hands and feet of Jesus to those around us is a powerful way to show God's love in a tangible life-changing way.

Parables
Parables were Jesus' most common form of teach-ing. Many people in the crowds around Jesus did not understand them, and over the course of Christian history, many fanciful interpretations have been proposed for them. Follow these tips to make sure you understand parables accurately and apply their lessons faithfully:
• Read the parable repeatedly from the perspective of the people who first heard it. What would have stuck out to them when they heard it?�What would have shocked, challenged, encour-aged, or convicted them? How would they have understood it, and how would they have walked away from it?
• Whenever Jesus gives an interpretation of a parable, remember that his interpretation is what the parable means, period. Don't try to read anything more into it.
• Parables usually have one primary point, so try to identify it. In some cases, there may be one or two other points that correspond to particular characters or events in the parable.
• Beware of the temptation to read different meanings into different details in a parable.�Instead, keep the focus on the overall picture of the parable, and see how the details highlight or enhance that picture.

Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them fade from your heart as long as you live.

Seeing Grace
Then the LorD told him, "Make a replica of a poisonous snake and attach it to a pole. All who are bitten will live if they simply look at it!" So Moses made a snake out of bronze and attached it to a pole. Then anyone who was bitten by a snake could look at the bronze snake and be healed!

A Newborn Soul
Now there was a Pharisee, a man named Nicodemus who was a member of the Jewish ruling council. He came to Jesus at night and said, "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him." Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of
God unless they are born again."
"How can someone be born when they are old?" Nicodemus asked.
"Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother's womb to be born!"
Jesus answered, "Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at my saying, 'You must be born again. The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit."
"How can this be?" Nicodemus asked.
"You are Israel's teacher," said Jesus, "and do you not understand these things? Very truly I tell you, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony. I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things? No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven-the Son of Man. Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him."
