When the devastating floods of 2022 swept through Sindh, families who were already facing poverty and hardship lost almost everything. Homes were destroyed, belongings disappeared beneath the floodwaters and families were left facing an uncertain future.

๐“๐จ๐๐š๐ฒ, ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ž ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ๐ž. ๐ŸŒฑ

Through the incredible generosity of a group of donors and volunteers โ€“ ๐๐˜๐Ž โ€“ we have completed the ๐‰๐š๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐จ๐จ๐ซ ๐‡๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐•๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š๐ ๐ž giving vulnerable families more than a roof over their heads. It is a place where families can rebuild their lives with safety, dignity and a renewed sense of community. ๐Ÿคฒ

๐Ÿ  Families now have secure homes where they can begin again. Clean and safe water now flows through a solar-powered water system ๐Ÿ’ง while solar energy โ˜€๏ธ provides homes with a reliable source of power. Kitchen gardening ๐ŸŒฑ supports everyday living and a dedicated park ๐Ÿ› gives women and children a safe space to relax, play and enjoy life again.

We are excited to announce the launch of our '๐’๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐‡๐จ๐ฉ๐ž' exhibition at the ๐€๐ฎ๐ซ๐จ๐ซ๐š ๐–๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐›๐ž๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ž in Worksop, Nottinghamshire.

The devastation caused by the 2022 floods, followed by severe flooding in 2024 and again in 2025, has left communities in a continuous state of crisis.

Over 2.5 million people were displaced by the 2025 monsoon floods alone. In total, nearly 20 million people still ๐ซ๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐ก๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ โ€” especially shelter, food and clean water.

Since the 2022 floods, Muslim Charity has ๐›๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐ญ ๐Ÿ–๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐ก๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฌ, including 5 model villages designed to restore dignity and stability. But in the face of such overwhelming need, this is just a beginning.

Every parent dreams of giving their children a brighter future. For Fatima, a single mother from Kubwa, Nigeria, that dream once felt out of reach.

With no reliable income, she struggled to put food on the table ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ and could no longer afford to send her son and daughter to school ๐Ÿ“š. Like so many vulnerable families, she faced impossible choices every single day.
