LOVING these lighter evenings 🤸‍♂️ Here’s a glamorous picture of me post run earlier 😳🥴🙈

One of the goals I set myself this year is to get better at running. It doesn’t come naturally to me. I find it hard. I always have. I am trying to run 5k in heart rate zone 2. I didn’t achieve that this evening as I realised halfway round that i was pushed for time and needed to get my son to training (Plus the hill just before home often pushes my heart rate up). But it is getting better 👊 🙌

If I want to do a Hyrox, ideally I want to be able to run 10k comfortably.

Looking forward to the day it gets easier 🥵🤪

So proud of these incredible pairs who literally SMASHED their first Hyrox (Mixed Doubles) last night! 🙌 💫

Extremely well deserved, they have been so dedicated & consistent with their training in the months leading up to the event 💪✨

Last night was a true showcase of the power of teamwork and perseverance. This is no mean feat!

It’s been an absolute pleasure to support them alongside David 💕
