Alternatively, simply explore 250 acres of beautiful parkland and gardens including Japanese garden. Refreshments including tea, coffee and cake available in Gatton Hall, or to take away. We run a range of children's activities at Gatton Park, including Forest School and Trails and Tales. Gill (left) and Anne are two of our volunteers who work with children including at open days. We're celebrating 30 years of volunteering at Gatton Park by focusing on some of the activities carried out by the 120 or so volunteers helping to restore and maintain this beautiful heritage parkland and gardens. Online booking has closed for today's Fairy Tale Treasure Hunt at Gatton Park. But tickets can be bought on the door subject to availability. Come face to face with characters from well known fairy tales and stories and follow their clues in a treasure hunt around the magical grounds of Gatton Park. Ideal for families and younger children. In partnership with Gatton Community Theatre. 1pm to 4pm.
