🐴 A lovely day out at The Donkey Sanctuary! 💚

Staff and residents from our stability hub within our Homeless Service enjoyed a fantastic day out to The Donkey Sanctuary.

It was a wonderful opportunity to spend time together, enjoy the fresh air, meet the donkeys and create some lovely memories. Everyone had a fabulous time! 🫏💚

Coastline Housing has just acquired 19 homes in Hayle from local developer Gilbert & Goode. The homes are a mixture of two- and three-bedrooms and we will be taking delivery of eight homes for social rent and 11 for Shared Ownership.

As you can see, this development (named Eventide) is already progressing really nicely and looking fantastic. We expect the new homes to be handed over to us in two phases during the early part of 2027. Our Employers Agent Hills is assisting us with this project.

If you are interested in one of the social rent homes, please do make sure you are registered on Cornwall Home Choice as soon as possible in readiness for these being advertised in early 2027.

Now that the weather is turning cooler, the Mind and Movement Van sessions being held at Coronation Avenue in Camborne have found a new home. This means sessions will be able to continue across the winter.

Nine new homes in Perranwell Station have been officially completed and are ready to welcome new Coastline Housing residents.

The homes, built for Coastline by Ebc Partnerships with Taylor Lewis acting as our Employers Agent, received grant funding from Homes England.

Five of them are for social rent and four are shared ownership properties. We hope you will agree they are looking fantastic.

Our Community Investment Team was at a recent volunteer fair encouraging people to think about ways to give time and help their communities. Coastline often has volunteering opportunities available as part of our Investing in Volunteers accredited scheme.
