We’re excited to be part of this year’s Refugee Week with the Arts Lab Art Showcase, celebrating creativity, resilience, and community.

This photo captures a special moment behind the scenes of our young artists in the process of creating their work for the exhibition, guided by printmaker Dena O’Brien and Amanda Loren. From first ideas to final prints, it’s been an inspiring journey of expression and collaboration.

Creative Kernow is hiring an Operations Coordinator.

This is a new post which sits at the heart of the Operations team and supports all parts of the wider Creative Kernow team. The role will coordinate and support the reception at our Creative Hub of Krowji and be key to ensuring the experience for tenants and visitors is of a high professional standard. The role will work to underpin the administrative services required across the organisation supporting external and internal events and with a key focus on our communications and social media. The role sits within Creative Kernow’s Operations vertical and reports to the Operations Manager.

Salary: £26,228
Hours: Full Time
Contract: Permanent
Location: Krowji, West Park, Redruth, Cornwall TR15 3GE

Flamm - Creative Kernow's biennial visual art festival - has announced its full line-up for Bodmin 2026!

We are proud to present 28 exhibitions, artworks and events in 15 venues across Bodmin across the weekend of Saturday 28th February and Sunday 1st March.

From interactive sculptures and evocative sound experiences, to immersive films and reimagined train journeys, Flamm 2026 invites you to explore, connect and see Bodmin just a little bit differently.

All events are FREE - take a look and we will see you there!

Flamm is led by Creative Kernow, and the 2026 edition is supported by Experience Bodmin, and delivered in partnership with intoBodmin and Counterpoints Arts.

Introducing the Artys Bosvena projects for Flamm 2026 📣

We’re pleased to announce nine community-focused projects joining Flamm 2026, supported through our FEAST pilot place-based grant, Artys Bosvena.

Developed with Bodmin as their starting point, these projects bring together artists, community organisations and partners to explore Flamm festival’s 2026 theme of [Dis]Location through visual art, performance, storytelling and making.

Artys Bosvena supports artist-led work that is rooted in place, developed collaboratively, and responsive to local context. The selected projects will form part of Flamm’s wider programme in Bodmin, taking place 28th February - 1st March 2026.
We look forward to supporting these projects as they develop over the coming months.
