The recently published annual accounts show that the estate spent £73,322 on plant & machinery against an estimated £15,000!!!
This is due to the continual breakdown of the sewage pumps, caused by residents flushing inappropriate items (wipes, nappies, pants, socks, j-cloths) down the toilet.
Each call out to the unblock the pumps costs upto £400+VAT, with the cost rising to over £1000 should a tanker be required to remove the waste.
Please please please show some consideration to your neighbours and play your part to ensure that the service charge remains as low as possible.
