1. Fire alarm serviced?
2. Extinguishers & fire blankets available and fit for purpose?
3. Signage good? - Green exit signs always visible?
4. Fire doors can open and close properly and easy?
5. Routes to escape clear? Minimum width?
6. Electrical system tested every 5 years?
7. Gas supply tested annually? Equipment and boilers tested?
8. No accumulation of combustible and flammables?
9. Staff trained in emergency procedures in last 12 months?
10. Emergency lights tested and f***e din correct locations?
