🌍💚 Let’s Swap Together for Good – Great Big Green Week 2025! 💚🌍

From 7th to 15th June, communities across the UK will come together for The Great Big Green Week – a national celebration of action to tackle climate change and protect nature.

This year’s theme is “Let’s swap together for good”, and it’s all about the power of sharing and making meaningful changes in our daily lives.

Why not organise a swap with your neighbours or friends?

🎨 Craft supplies
💡 Ideas and knowledge

Big or small, your swap helps cut waste, build community, and show that together, we’re ready to change the old ways for better ones.

Swapping is a simple step – but when we all do it, it sends a strong message that we care about our planet, our communities, and future generations.

➡️ If you want to get started on hosting a swap with your neighbours or friends - share this post with them or share the idea, work out some logistics and find new, loving homes for the things you no longer need and find some new things you need!

The Betchworth Repair Café is happening on Saturday 15th March at Betchworth Village Hall, from 10:30am - 1pm.

It’s a space where you can bring broken household items to be repaired—clothes, small appliances, bikes, and more.
