**Reminder**
Please be aware there is no session for Repair Cafe Redditch this month.
Unfortunately our new venue could not accommodate our usual date for last Saturday of the month during June as they already had a booking scheduled in.
We will be back as normal Saturday 26th July, continuing on our usual schedule of last Saturday of the month until November.

If you have something in need of repair and cannot wait until our next session here in Redditch, why not visit Repair Cafe Alcester Thurs 26th June Repair Cafe Bromsgrove Sat 5th July or The Studley Repair Cafe Sat 12th July.

Our very first Repair Cafe at Webheath Village Hall was fantastic! 🎉
So many of you came out to support us and check out our new home, as well as bringing a wonderful variety of items for us to fix.🛠️
We shared many slices of cake, good stories and community spirit!
We had some amazing feedback from those who visited about the work our volunteers are doing and we couldn't agree more.🏆
So a huge thank you to all our visitors and volunteers for making Repair Cafe Redditch a happy and helpful place to be 😃

We're going to have a short break now until our next session so there will not be a Repair Cafe this June, however we can't wait to see you again 26th July!☀️

We're busy spreading the word about our move to Webheath Village Hall!
Our very first session is coming up in just over a week and we're so excited to welcome you and get fixing.🛠
As mentioned in the article there's lots of different items that you can bring along for our volunteer repairers to fix, such as household appliances and electronics, bicycles, as well textiles and clothing, and tools for sharpening.
So whether you have a kettle that's not boiling, shears that aren't cutting or a pesky zipper, come on down and enjoy a cuppa and a cake whilst we attempt to bring your beloved items back to life!🍰☕

We'd also like to be sure that anyone who has picked up a copy of this weeks physical newspaper, there was a slight mis-print regarding our schedule. We will be continuing to hold our Repair Café sessions on every last Saturday of the month. The only exceptions for 2025 will be no session in June or December.

Our very first session in our new venue is coming up!😃

Our volunteer repairers will be ready and waiting to help repair your items, if you'll be visiting us for the first time here's an example of some of the things we can fix:

Small appliances - toasters, kettles, blenders
Electrical - Fans, lamps, TVs, radios
Textiles - Clothing, curtains, rucksacks
Clocks & watches
Sharpening - gardening tools, secateurs, shears

Tea, coffee and homemade cakes are available while you wait! ☕🍰

A while back we shared with you all that we were having to find a new home for Redditch Repair Cafe and with your help and suggestions we have found one!

As of Saturday 31st May 2025 our new venue will be at Webheath Village Hall! 🏠

Our schedule will remain the same, however unfortunately we are unable to do a session in June. But we'll be back again from 26th July, doing every last Saturday thereafter 😃

We will be offering the same repairs as usual and of course serving tea, coffee and cake too ☕🍰

We'd like to thank all of our wonderful volunteers for all their hard work with the move, we couldn't do this without them!

We can't wait to get started and settled in to our new home, we hope to see you there 😊

Our next Redditch repair cafe session is tomorrow morning! 🛠️☕

Although we are due to move location soon, we are still at Community House one last time. So there's no confusion we will post the details of our new home once we've had our final session.📜

Community House has been a wonderful home for us and it's bittersweet to be leaving. So please come and join us from 10-2 (last repairs accepted at 1pm), our volunteer repairers will be eagerly awaiting your items for fixing! 🙂
