On Monday and Tuesday, members of the Rainbow Care Solutions team attended Level 3 Trusted Assessor Training in Warwick, strengthening their skills and knowledge to better support people to live safely, independently, and with dignity. 🌷

We were delighted that our Director also attended, demonstrating our commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and leading by example. 🩷

The training has enhanced our team's ability to carry out person centred assessments, recommend appropriate equipment and minor adaptations, and continue delivering high quality care with compassion and confidence. 🌸
