East-West Organization offers a very successful and cost-effective choice of holistic interventions for the prevention, treatment and recovery from addictions and attachments. We also provide a range of preventative education services which benefit the mental health and well-being of children, adults and families, through training in meditation and mindfulness techniques and related practices. The

practical workshops help to deal with behavioural problems and relapsing conditions, such as stress, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, pain, addiction and depression which can often lead to alcohol, illicit drug and medication dependency.
