Learning your child has a learning difficulty, disability or developmental delay can come as a huge shock to parents, or it may simply confirm something they have suspected for

a long time. That’s where our Diagnosis Support Service can help. We offer parents the opportunity to meet with one of our trained Peer Supporters in a relaxed, supportive environment. Or we can offer support online via our secure email system, with our qualified online Peer Supporter. Every Peer Supporter is a local parent, whose own child has a disability, learning difficulty or developmental delay. They know what it’s like to cope with a new diagnosis and understand the challenges of parenting a child with additional needs. We also offer an Online Support Service for those parent who may find it difficult to access the Diagnosis Support Sessions -
