This festive initiative was co-ordinated jointly by Twyford Together and Twyford Parish Council, and a huge thank you goes to all the businesses who took part — your creativity and effort helped make Twyford look so beautifully festive and brightly lit throughout the Christmas season 🌟

A massive shout out to Tom Stone Head of PRE and Marc Buirski, Garden Designer at 2 Forks and a Spade, for the stunning Garden of Reflection they have recently created at The Piggott School. This space, to be used by students for quiet reflection and for outdoor classes, was sponsored by a number of local businesses.
The Polehampton Charity were pleased to present a cheque for £8,000, which was put towards the purchase of plants.

The Polehampton Charity has supported Twyford Drama Group with a grant of £2,500 towards the cost of a new stage lighting system at Loddon Hall where the group is based.

The chairperson of the Charity's board of Trustees, Amy Goodall-Smith, is seen here presenting a cheque to the delighted Drama Group Chairman, Gavin Robinson, watched by fellow Charity Trustees.

The old lighting system was originally funded by the Polehampton Charity over 20 years ago. Gavin expressed thanks and explained that drama group members have replaced the outdated lights with LED lanterns that will give better light levels and flexibility for all activities at the hall which include regular comedy nights, drama, music and dance, so benefitting the general community.
