Keep Reading Tidy Smashes Summertime! ☀️🧹

What a summer it’s been! The heatwaves haven’t stopped our amazing volunteers from getting out there and making a massive difference right across Reading. From towpath clean-ups and park tidies to a bit of guerrilla gardening, the team has worked tirelessly to keep our town looking its absolute best all season long.

To celebrate all of this incredible effort, we’re hosting a special birthday litter pick followed by a well-deserved social!

📍10:00 am start at The Hexagon, Reading 🎭
🥳 Celebration Social: 2:00 pm (more details coming very soon!)

Whether you’ve been with us all summer or want to jump in for your very first session, come along, grab a picker, and help us celebrate another fantastic year of community action!

Berkeley Avenue Clean-Up! ☀️🧴

With this incredible heatwave making it feel way more like summer than spring, it’s the perfect time to get outside and do some community “spring” cleaning!

Join us this Saturday at 10:00 am at the Berkeley Avenue bottle banks. We’ll be working together to tidy up our town and keep our local green spaces looking beautiful in the sunshine.

What a Day at Reading Museum! 🏛️✨

A massive thank you to everyone who came down to see us this past Saturday, 21st March, for the Reading Museum Goes Green event! It was brilliant to chat with so many of you about our litter picking, planting, and campaigning across town.

We were absolutely blown away by the support and were thrilled to see so many new faces signing up to join the crew! We’re really looking forward to getting out on the streets with you all soon.

If you couldn’t make it but still want to get involved in our future litter picks, gardening sessions, or community events, please drop us a message! We’d love to have you on board.

Together, we’re making Reading a place to be proud of. 🌿🗑️
