Give your time and change a young person's direction.

We’re looking for volunteers across Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, West Sussex, Brighton and Berkshire to help develop positive personal relationships with people aged 18-24, helping to build their confidence and normalise fears about work and adult life.

In recognition of , we're proud to spotlight Cecilia💙

Living with autism left Cecilia struggling to find the role she always wanted, and after being told that achieving her dream of working in a library would be nearly impossible, she had almost given up. We were lucky to have the opportunity to support her!

With targeted, consistent support from Fedcap through our Inspiring Futures programme, we helped her dream become a reality when she landed a role as a Library Assistant. By working with her new employer to help them understand any key triggers, Cecilia was able to grow her confidence and resilience, allowing her to thrive in her new role.

Thanks to all of our teams who made Department for Work and Pensions - DWP's Work and Health Programme and Pioneer a huge success.

Delivering both programmes on behalf of Seetec, we’ve supported people with health conditions or complex barriers across Reading, Slough, High Wycombe, and the surrounding areas to help them move closer to employment, with nearly half securing work.

We’ve achieved so much during this time, particularly how best to engage with hard to reach and economically inactive people. Because of this and the hard work of our people, we’ve improved their economic mobility.

We want to give a special thanks to Magdi, who has been our Delivery Manager for both programmes - advocating for her team and the customers throughout!
