Advanced Drama and Advanced Dance classes for young people aged 12+ also Theatretrain provides excellent part time training in the Performing Arts with opportunities to work alongside top professionals and perform on some of the world's most renowned and historic stages.

As summer winds down, and a new term is about to start, it is a wonderful time to discover a weekend activity that builds creativity, confidence and life long skills.

Each Saturday, our TT Junior Company enjoy action-packed sessions in SINGING, ACTING and DANCE, building skills whilst finding the JOY of performance.

๐ŸŽญ๐€๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ : Energised Games, Exercises and Scene work to fire up the imagination! Dive into storytelling, Character Building through the body and voice, Poetry in performance to understand text, rhythm and story and Improvisation.

๐Ÿฉฐ๐ƒ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ง๐ : Dance Warmups, Floorwork and Choreography to the great music to help build focus, co-ordination, rhythm, strength and technique. As our youngest students learn choreography, they continue to tell stories through their bodies whilst building a foundation in Jazz Dance Technique.

๐ŸŽผ๐’๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ : Explore vocal techniques to encourage our students to sing, to explore their voice, their range and their listening ear with an introduction to harmonies. They will explore so many music genres and styles and have you singing with them at home!

When young people explore different characters, emotions and experiences, they begin to see the world from another personโ€™s point of view.

๐ŸŽญ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธOne week ago, our amazing West End Summer Academy company had just finished performing a Cabaret that had been staged just hours before! ๐Ÿ‘

These incredible young people were put through their paces throughout the week, working alongside our industry professionals in Masterclasses that included Acting for Screen, mastering the Self -Tape, Musical Theatre ๐ŸŽตdance, singing and acting workshops, ๐ŸŽญUnmasking the Mask specialist workshops in the Actorโ€™s Body as Source, Theatre Making, Theatre design and more!

โœจOur Summer Academy is designed to give aspiring performers (and those new to performing arts training) an immersive week in the performing arts - developing so many new skills, making friends, building confidence whilst also learning what it takes to train in a professional environment and then create fearless work together, trusting the ensemble to make bold, creative choices! โœจ

๐Ÿ“ŒWorking with us weekly every Saturday might be your childโ€™s next step and we would love to welcome you on 12th September for the start of our Autumn Term.

From an incredible screen acting masterclass with award winning actor Jacob to acting workshops devising through the body with masks, from exploration of the exciting new West End musical Paddington to learning choreography to hits from Mamma Mia and &Juliet! Just wow, what a joy to be able to work with so many incredible young people this week - !
