Six more students have completed their training with me and gained their ASDAN Lifeskills certificates. What a pleasure it was teaching and getting to know them. The work ethic they have is fabulous and should be celebrated.

An amazing event at Prior's Court yesterday for their event. Lucas (my very first student) and I were reunited for the day which was so lovely and then one of my recent students, George came for 2 hours to cover lunch breaks. Both students coped fantastically with the pressure of having a queue all day and worked so well as a team. They were extremely polite and professional with the customers. I am so proud of them. Thank you Priors Court for inviting us.

We are delighted to say that one of our lovely members, Jennie, will be bringing her The Butterfly Community Cafe to The Three Horseshoes Benson on 2 May for our monthly coffee catch up between 1030 - 1230. Gary will also be doing breakfasts which, last time, were fabulous.

This is a great chance for any ladies who would like to find out more about Blended Wellbeing to pop in to an informal gathering and meet members.

I am so proud of my student for passing his Food Hygiene Level 2! There were a lot of modules and the language used is very complicated but his determination was amazing. Well done George!

Good morning!

What an amazing day at the Oratory school's fundraising triathlon yesterday! Thank you to everyone who bought coffees and other goodies and for all your kind words. Gratitude most of all goes to The Oratory School for inviting us and for your ongoing support.

You can find us at some local events this summer. Please come along if you can to support us. All profits help me to keep the van running so that I can train more students.

Events help us to make money to keep our van and training going. When students are ready, they will also have opportunities to work with us at events and gain the valuable experience that they need to succeed in the workplace.  Please contact us if you would like us at your event,

We will be serving our delicious goods at Reading's children's festival in Forbury Gardens today 11-4! We are a not for profit coffee van who provide work experience and skills to young people with learning disabilities. Come and say hello and maybe buy a little treat for yourself!
