Today I’m saying a fond farewell as I step down from my role as COO(!!) to return to my career working with young people with special educational needs.

It’s been such a privilege to be part of this organisation, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support, friendships, and shared purpose we’ve built together. I’ll miss you all — and yes, even my regular diary vlogs!
