Blooper Time 🤣
Like most small teams, we spend most of our time delivering services, supporting people and trying to make a difference in the communities we serve.

Content creation isn’t really our thing, but we’re trying to get better at sharing more of our work and what goes on behind the scenes.

Whilst looking through some footage, we came across these bloopers and thought they were too good not to share. 😅

Supporting people? Absolutely.

Justice for All Series, Justice for Prison Leavers at the Old Bailey created some important conversations around justice, rehabilitation and second chances.

It was great to hear from the lived experience panel and speakers who brought different perspectives to the discussion.

The keynote from Lord Timpson gave plenty to think about, but one of the strongest messages from the day came from hearing Paula Harriott and Egerton Junior Bayode share their lived experiences. Their stories were a reminder that when people are given genuine opportunities and are seen for who they are today, rather than judged solely on a past conviction, real change is possible.

At , we see this every day. People are far more than a label or a moment in time. With the right support and opportunities, individuals can rebuild confidence, contribute positively and create new futures.

Great conversations, important reflections, and a reminder of why this work matters.

Some people leave prison with nothing but a second chance and even that can feel out of reach without the right support.

That’s why what T**i is building through Tailored Futures matters so deeply.

Tailored Futures is about more than rehabilitation. It’s about helping people rebuild their lives with dignity, structure, support, and belief in their future. From guidance around employment and stability to emotional support, personal development, and addressing challenges such as resentment, isolation, and reintegration into society the goal is to help individuals move forward, not be defined forever by their past.

Real change happens when people are supported, understood, and given the tools to succeed.

A second chance can change a life. The right support can change generations.
