Its the perfect venue to host your birthdays, christenings, meetings, fundraising events, training sessions, exercise classes, church events - the list is endless! Conveniently located, it offers a large, spacious room that can seat up to 120 people, a lounge, fully licenced bar, kitchen and toilets. It's suitable for countless occasions and events. We desperately need more volunteers at the centre, there are only four of us now to run the centre, do all the cleaning, run and stock the bar, put out and bring in chairs and tables for events etc. If anyone could spare a couple of hours on a Wednesday when we clean the centre it would really be very helpful. Drop a comment on here if you think you may have a bit of spare time, thanks.

Our live band for Sat July 11th. Tickets will be available from June 9th. Either collect from centre or ring me on 07490 838898 to collect from my home. Tickets are a very reasonable £3 each and don't forget we are donating tickets sales and raffle money takings on the evening all to Bury Hospice. You won't want to miss this band, we have had them at the centre before and can only describe them as brilliant.

This Sunday evening, at St Philips, Emmanuel Community have the Sanctuary, a quiet peaceful service with lots of candles. We have bible reflections, prayers, gentle music and a mindful thought.

This Sunday evening we are thinking about how God is our refuge, reflecting on Psalm 91: 1-2.
