Last night was our AGM, lots of laughs with good food 🍻as always at The Cross Keys Pulloxhill 🍻
We looked back on what’s been a really positive year for the table with new members and prospective members. 💳
As a result there will a slight change to our table structure with roles confirmed as we look to continue building and growing the table with some exciting plans ahead.

..we are proud to unveil our bold new direction.

Introducing:

Square Table Great Britain and Ireland

After careful analysis of metric data presented by experts in white coats with laser pens, we've concluded that circles are:
❌ Too unpredictable
❌ Too "free flowing"
❌ Too visually pleasing

Squares however, represent:
✅ Structure
✅ Stability
✅ 90-degree decision making

Effective immediately:
- Meetings will start precisely on time
- Agendas will be strictly followed
- No one will deviate from the plans laid out in advance
- Banter must be pre-approved by the Geometry subcommittee

We believe this evolution reflects our commitment to straight edges, firm boundaries and absolutely zero spontaneity, creativity or personality..........

Actually on second thoughts, let's stay gloriously round, beautifully chaotic and nigh on allergic to minute taking in meetings..

Last night we went to The Crown Flitwick met with the lovely landlady discussed how we can help her and in turn help our community 🤲
The plan is to clear a garden space 🪏🪴and done it into a garden area 🪴where children from the local school and community can access. 🪴Getting children engaged in planting seeds and providing them an area to help them flourish as well!

Having met there is a plan in place to clear the garden and transform it into an area that’ll support and nurture children and their learning.

We are just a bunch of ordinary guys aged 18-45yo that meet up every other Tuesday night, we do some random activity then go for a beer afterwards 😀

Next up we have a mystery event ⁉️ and will begin our project with The Crown! 🪏🪴

Here is our schedule for March and April's meetings....

Tonight’s meeting we will be to planning our community project, looking into a way we can give back to our local community.

The following meeting is a mystery event that only the chairman knows about 🧩❓❔🤔

Final meeting in April is our AGM to review what's gone well this year and then to look ahead to the following year and how we can continue to grow our table.

The one day of the year when everyone's a little bit Irish!

Whether you're celebrating with friends, family or just enjoying the excuse to nip out mid-week, today is a great excuse to spend quality time with other people.

Round Table has always been built on that same spirit of turning up, welcoming everyone in, and making time for good friends.
