A local resident Vanessa has found this Fibromyalgia Programme, enormously helpful, supportive and educational.

She says “Being with others who understand the constant pain and debilitating fatigue, is reassuring and comforting. I’m not imagining it, nor going mad!!!
I would highly recommend this programme for anyone with fibromyalgia. The information , physio and Hydrotherapy is priceless. Don’t hesitate to sign up.
We all wish we could do it again”.

UPDATE: Due to such a high level of interest we are currently putting a hold on new enquiries. We will however post again very soon with an update..

Our 8 Week Fibromyalgia Management Programme includes hydrotherapy sessions to support movement, confidence, and wellbeing in a warm, supportive environment.

Based on the 2021 NICE Guidelines for Chronic Pain, the programme combines education, peer support, and therapeutic activity to help participants better manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.
