Dates for the diary:

If you enjoy singing carols the service in the Owlswick Chapel will be on Sunday 17th December at 3pm. All welcome!

There will be a Quiz Evening in Longwick Village Hall on Saturday March 23rd to raise funds for repairs to the Chapel. Further details will be posted in the new year.

Speaker Evenings at the Owlswick Chapel are to commence again next year. Provisional dates are:
Thursday April 18th
Thursday May 16th
Thursday June 20th

“Thank you Mr Kendrick!’
After a campaign by the Owlswick Residents’ Association (ORA) backed by our county councillors, our MP and the Parish Council and assisted by the Open Spaces Society, Kendrick Homes has agreed to transfer the ownership of Owlswick Village Green to the Parish Council.
The ORA is awaiting the outcome of its application for village green status which would give lasting protection of the Green for future generations but in the meantime we look forward to it being restored and to many future village events.
