We are currently in a position to recruit new team members to join our Prestwick afterschool care service team(PASCS)

POSITIONS:

Practitioners in day care of childrens service.

16-20 hours per week(can be at college currently)

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED or WORKING TOWARDS:
HNC Childhood Practice at SCQF Level 7
SVQ Social Services (children and young people) at SCQF Level 7

Also looking for students looking for work experience age 16+ looking to go on to study towards childhood practice at college.

We are holding our Annual General Meeting at Prestwick Community Centre on Tuesday, 26th May from 6pm to 7pm.

The meeting will be in Rooms 1 and 2. We will provide an update on the service and our plans for the coming year.

Registration Forms for 2026-27 will be available at the AGM. All current members must complete a new Registration Form if they wish their child to return to the service next session.

The AGM is also an opportunity for prospective members to find out about the service and register their child for the 2026-27 session.

PASCS is a registered charity run by parents. We require a minimum of 25% of the membership to attend our AGM to form a quorum. We therefore ask that all current parents please attend this short but essential meeting. Your support and feedback are important for the future of the service.

Reminder we are open Easter hols 🐣

Thursday 9th April
Friday 10th April

Monday 13th April
Tuesday 14th April
Wednesday 15th April
Thursday 16th April
Friday 17th April.

So far we have had little interest in opening Mondays/Fridays, if numbers do not warrant we will only open Tuesday/wed/thurs both weeks.

We will update by 20th March.

Our diary is now open for the Easter Holidays🐣 We are planning on opening Tuesday 7th April through to Friday 17th April, however this will depend on the demand for these dates. Payment in advance will be required by the 9th March.
