✨ A gentle reminder that Reset & Release is on tomorrow morning at 9.30am and Wednesday evening at 7pm at Penwortham Golf Club.

These classes combine mindful movement, breathwork, supportive yoga and gentle myofascial release (MFR) techniques to help ease tension, improve mobility and calm the nervous system.

Myofascial release works with the body’s connective tissue (fascia) using gentle pressure to help release tightness, reduce aches and stiffness, improve flexibility and support relaxation. Many women also notice better sleep, easier movement and a greater sense of calm after class.

Suitable for beginners and especially supportive if you’re feeling stressed, tense, stiff or exhausted.

Over the last four months, I’ve been developing and delivering the Reset & Release programme with women in Egypt, bringing together many years of experience in health and wellbeing with my yoga teacher training and recent studies in myofascial release and yoga nidra.

Reset & Release has grown from a desire to create a gentle, nurturing space where women can slow down, reconnect with their bodies and release the physical and emotional tension that so often builds up through midlife and everyday life.

The classes combine mindful movement, breathwork, myofascial release and deep relaxation to help ease stiffness, calm the nervous system and support overall wellbeing — leaving you feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded. Held at Penwortham Golf Club, the course is suitable for beginners and designed to be supportive, welcoming and accessible to all.
