We are inviting tenants to join us for our next Tenant Talk session on Wednesday 17th June where we will be discussing the different ways that we communicate with you.

The session will focus on our tenant newsletter Gateway News, our Annual Report and the other ways we share information with you.

The session will take place from 5pm to 7pm at our office at Harbour House. Free hot food will be served from 4:30pm, and we can arrange transport to and from the session for you if needed.

At Community Gateway, our tenants are at the heart of everything we do.

To deliver the best service, it is important that we understand what matters most to you. Over recent years, we have worked closely with tenants to develop our Customer Service Commitments and deliver our Service Transformation Strategy, helping to improve the way services are delivered across the organisation.

Building on this progress, we are now developing a Customer Experience Strategy which will outline how we will continue to deliver high-quality services.

Do you know where your child is going to be this weekend?

We’re continuing to work closely with Preston Police following ongoing reports of anti-social behaviour involving groups of young people across Preston.

Many families have already received joint visits from our Community Safety Team and the Police regarding tenancy breaches and concerns linked to their child’s behaviour.

These visits will continue and where necessary, formal tenancy action may be taken.

Our phone lines will close for the Bank Holiday weekend at 5pm today.

The phone lines will re-open on Tuesday 26th May at 8am for the Repairs Team and 9am for all other teams.

Have your say - Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) survey

We are currently carrying out our TSMs survey and your feedback really matters.

The survey gives you the opportunity to tell us what we are doing well, where we can improve and how satisfied you are with your home and the services we provide.

How it works
• The survey is carried out independently by Service Insights Ltd
• Tenants are randomly selected and contacted by phone or post
• It only takes around 5 - 10 minutes to complete
• If you receive a paper survey, please return it within two weeks using the prepaid envelope
• If you are contacted by phone, you can complete the survey during the call.

At Community Gateway, we are proud to support

As part of our commitment to supporting tenants living with dementia, our colleagues have completed Dementia Awareness training.

The sessions have helped us build a better understanding of how to adapt our approach and offer a tailored, compassionate support to better assist our tenants living with dementia.
