Hi everyone. We’ve got a new activity starting on the 8th of September, every Tuesday afternoon from 1pm - upstairs in the meeting space will be a creative writing group.

Three Preston musicians have teamed up on a new single exploring depression, mental health and suicidal thoughts.

September, released earlier this month, is a collaboration between rapper, producer and sound engineer BLKY (Liam Blake), multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Troisnyx (Annette Walker), and guitarist Greg Slater.

The song - recorded at Soundskills Studio in Brookfield - uses the imagery of a cold and rainy September to explore what it can feel like to experience sadness without an obvious cause, even at a time of year that might traditionally be associated with brighter days.
