Volunteers supporting the local community and environment by helping inspire people to repair items, save money and reduce waste going to land fill.

It’s the first Saturday of the month again, 6th June when we will be having our next repair cafe. Be sure to bring along any house hold items that you want us to look at with you and see if we can help you repair them. 10:00 at New Day Church , Ward Street, Lostock Hall.

Our Repair Cafe is open again this Saturday 2nd May, 10:00 - 12:30 down Ward Street, Lostock Hall. Let our volunteer repairers help you take a look at any items in need of repair.

Plus other household items as usual.

We're open this Bank Holiday Saturday (4th April) for our next Repair Cafe. We're looking forward to seeing what household items will be brought in that we might be able to help repair. It's great that our volunteers can support the community in this way, help people save money, plus avoid waste going unnecessarily to land fill. 10:00- 12:30 at New Day Church on Ward Street, Lostock Hall.

We had a great repair cafe on Saturday. Thanks to everyone who came along. We saw a great range of items including power tools, hoovers, a jacket, ornaments, toaster, even a pottery kiln. Pop our next date in your diary 4th April.

Our next Repair Cafe is tomorrow 10 to 12:30 at New Day Church on Ward Street, Lostock Hall. Look forward to seeing you. Bring along those household items in need of repair - whether they be small items of furniture, garden tools, electrical, textiles, ornaments, whatever - and our volunteers will help see if it can be repaired.

This Saturday 7th March will see the second month of our electrical safety campaign kindly funded by Electrical Safety First. So if you want a simple safety check performed on any electrical items, please bring them along to our Repair Cafe this weekend.

Just a reminder that we have our New Day Repair Cafe this morning plus our New Day Electrical Safety Campaign is now underway, which is kindly funded by Electrical Safety First.

So if you have any household electrical items that you would like us to perform a basic electrical safety check on, please bring them along.

Our next Repair Cafe is this Saturday 7 Feb at 10:00 at New Day Church, Ward Street, Lostock Hall.

This is also the first month of our Electrical Safety Campaign so if you have any household electrical items that you would like us to perform a basic electrical safety check on, please bring them along.

But we’re also keen to see non-electrical items - that wonky coffee table, loose shelf, garden tools that need oiling or bike that needs attention.
